great people. so nice and helpful. I had an ordeal with my rear seat belts..kids wrapped them around door handles and they tightened up. We couldn't open back doors! The maintenance manager took out the belt holders in the back and unwrapped them. He saved the day!
I love this hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I recommend paying extra for the Jacuzzi room if it's available, it's absolutely worth it. The location is right on HWY 82 and across from the nationally recognized Indianola Pecan House and then only 2 miles from the World Famous BB King Museum. Lovely hotel in a very special town.
I thought it was pretty good for a 2 star hotel. The staff was amazing. Location is good. Prices are reasonable. Walkways could stand some steam pressure cleaning . Decor,outdoor and indoor , was good. The beds were very comfortable and I slept like rock !

When we ckd in there was not a ice bucket in the room, the toilet was loose from the wall. This was my first time experiencing a stay in a hotel that didn't have carpet on the floor. The weather was rainy, so we had to constantly dry the floor. Check in/out was great, and we enjoyed the breakfast.
I've been staying in a variety of hotels in the area while traveling for work. By far this has been the best one for the price. The rooms were CLEAN. There was no weird smells. The lobby was clean and maintained. Checking in was easy. Even with a room by the stairs, the environment was not too busy or loud. House keeping came by DAILY. We didn't request it or really need it but it was very appreciated. Fresh towels daily. They made the bed up and cleared all our trash from dinner the night before. The breakfast is basic but it's fresh and the dining area is CLEAN. I can't stress enough how happy we were that the facilities were clean and well maintained. My only complaint is that the wifi isn't great and I wish the TV was connected to internet (it's a Vizio smart tv) so I could've used Netflix or YouTube. Other than that, it was a perfect stay and we've already booked our next week's stay. See yall soon!
Love come to this motel very clean got good sleeping beds and new tubs friendly stuff and Bobby is amazing try and help u as much as possible
It was excellent because I didn't complain about anything the employees were very nice the Gental Manager has done a great job on the hotel in renovation it put a whole new look on the rooms you feel comfortable when you enter the room the rooms are nice and clean I will stay there every time I'm in town. Great work General Manager.
